Hey guys, newbie here from NY state. I have been reading and lurking for a while, and have just bought a "new to me " car that is fitted with a Passport SRX and Laser Shifters.

I have downloaded the manual on this obsolete system and will start messing with it. It looks like a pro-fitted job and was done well, but Is there any firmware updates available for this. Is it any good, or should I have it removed and get something more modern.

Just trying to see if this is going to cost an arm and a leg.
