Here's an idea...check the max heat specs for the heads. Pop them in the oven and keep a close eye on the temp. Let the moisture burn up for a good 30 minutes or so then take some silicone sealant to the heads. Worst case scenario you're left with a great paperweight which is pretty much what you have now.

I have to admit I had a bit of a chuckle typing that out....but by the time I added punctuation it actually seemed like a pretty good idea! Maybe use a hairdryer instead?

can't you take the lenses off on those? I would try to stick the heads in a jar of rice (sealed from the outside air with lid) and let them sit there for a few days or more. The rice sucks up any moisture. If you can take the lenses off, still put them in the rice and after they are really dry hit them with some electrical contact cleaner (plastic safe type) to clean everything up really nice, once clean dry them with air in a can stuff and test them again.

so what do you do if you have to replace the lens because it is cracked or maybe got hit with a rock and chipped? Do you have to buy new heads?

I thought you could replace the lenses on the LI heads? Or was it Blinder....both?

Either way, I'd at least try the rice method. Don't really have much to loose at this point...

I should have but because of the Blinder and LI issue Cliff does not deal with me. In a way I don't blame him but I am being punished and I don't make Blinder policy. It's like if a ford car salesman owns a Chevy and ford sues Chevy does that mean Chevy owners who work for Ford don't get there car serviced under warranty?
