You'll be 99.9 percent bulletproof with that. Almost every set-up has a freak weakness, and that car's will be point blank off-axis shots on the wraparound headlights. If that's the first thing they hit, you may be in trouble. But again, almost every car has that weakness.

What I have seriously considered is putting the second set of heads on the underside of my sideview mirrors, slightly angled out. That way I have full LI Dual power to the front, and an extra head of off-axis protection on each side. Nobody has tested that, that I know of. And it could be fail because of the extra distance between the head and the front end. Only testing will tell. But that is one theory of how to deal with wraparound headlights.

Wow. Putting them under the SVM would be nuts if you ask me. But hey, if it works, why not? I'm just not sure that if I put two heads near the fog lights, that it wont be too low to protect off axis shot to headlights. Would they be too low you think for off axis protection?

I think they would probably be too low for those .1 percent, off-axis ambush shots that I'm talking about. But for anything less, they will be a big help. The farther away you are, the more likely the beam is to hit your heads with any shot.

Measure distance from sensor bubble to outer edge of headlight. No matter how powerful a jammer is it can't jam what it doesn't see, if you've got more distance than ~18 inches you'll be at risk for straight on shots to the headlights. You will not have reasonable off axis protection unless you mount the heads where I mentioned previously.
Also, if I buy Dual HP LI for the rear, and put them inside of the blue, will it give me ample rear protection?
Probably, but after all the meets I've been to I have the opinion that HPs are only worth it when you lack another place to put additional sensors. You'd get better protection for the same price if you got a regular quad and put two in the blue and two in the red. I would much rather have four horizontally polarized diodes and four receiving sensors than two vertical two horizontal diodes and two sensors. Remember a powerful jammer cannot jam what it does not see. LI has the power, you need to give it the placement so that it can see every shot and reach far enough outward horizontally to cover off axis. (which are the majority of the shots it seems)

I plan on testing this soon actually, once the dual I bought comes in

Honestly I bet DJrams could get you from straight on with his truspeed on your headlights

Riptide, thanks for your advice. I'd also like to save the dough if I could. Question is, how in the world do I get it on the blue in the back? Also, your mounting spot in the front which is a great spot for coverage, isn't going to be that easy and to be perfectly honest, I wouldn't know the first step to getting in those two ideal front and back locations.

    Both instances, this bracket.
Although the back might be trickier than the front
