    Default Prolaser 3?

    Just a quick an easy question. Does the PL3 have a cigarette plug adapter or is it only battery operated?

    The corded handle was standard on the PL3. Most PD's usually opted for the battery pack, which made it easier to use outside the car, or on a bike.....

    Another quick question, does the PL 3 ever display the word "help" on the readout or hud?

    yes whan the battery is low

    I believe it also does it when there is RF interference.

    Thanks for the help no need for a manual although i appreciate the offers. I was just answering a few random questions for a friend. He watched a few lidar vids on my comp and had a few questions i could not answer.

    LOL..

    i actualy managed to trigger that error with too much power on it... :-)
    IR power from LI when jamming... :-)

    (i was playing with it and testing how much it could take, at this point i was searching is there any jamming codes at all on it...)

    Help is displayed when it detects low voltage or it fails its self test. If it fails self test it will display "help" followed by an error code.
