LIDAR Detector/jammer tester circuit

How can i build a circuit for laser jammer testing ? What i need for this ? Or if somebody have working circuit can you give me ?

Yes there are Key Fob tetsers available (I don't have the Circuit), also one I made using an Arduino Board that replicates most current Lidar Guns, here's a link Test your radar detector or laser jammer with this traffic enforcement LIDAR gun simulator . There is also a guy on here who has posted Code for a common US Logic chip. Should be easy to find in Search bar. Dave.. UK.
