    Default 9500ci/ZR4

I'm getting my 9500ci installed this Tuesday and im well aware how poorly the jammers can perform under tests. But details to note would be helpful.

At some point i may switch to a blinder/LI, but as of now 90% of the time its TrueSpeed at over 1000ft which the ZR4's do pretty well with.

I have an 04 TL and will most likely be trying to jam all this stuff in the very small front grill. Or possibly the antenna in cabin. My concern with the antenna in cabin is it may interfere with outher RD's i may want to run at the same time.

    Any notes, suggestions are appreciated.

    go with what colby did

i'd put the ZR4's in the upper grill one slot under where he put his blinders.
for the 9500CI antenna, put it in the bottom left or bottom right grill portion and make sure it's not obstructed by anything.

btw, is that an actual pic of your car? it looks sick as hell.

Thanks, that's what i was thinking too. I just really dislike the antenna being so low, and don't think i can fit it in the same grill as the ZR4's.

Ya that is a sick picture, i was going to get that body kit but decided on a different style.

I hope the dark gray of my car benefits my ability to evade the well used TrueSpeed in CT.

with the antenna being low down, it is less obstructed than it being higher. the horns can look under the cars =D

i don't know much about the ZR4's, but they seem the same size as a blinder

Ya, your telling me. My hopes was for a RedLine-ix but i figured screw it! I got the money now so i better spend it. I may even be ordering a special Arrow and QT device to add to the CI just for fun. Got to see what i have left, but should have the extra $$$ for it.

    .

It should work in the grill fine, its fitting the 2 jammers and the antenna. ZR4's are close in size to the Blinder.

Good point, my only issue is the amount of hills i have around me. Its a hill every mile so im concerned of the loss of over the hill sensitivity. I would think it could kill over the hill sensitivity.

What does it matter? It'll still crush your 9500ix mounted down there.

Yes, but wont it be better higher? I could be way off base here but i got some pretty steep hills, and though the CI is 100% more sensitive if its blocked by a hill it wont do me much good.
But if im comparing the grill to the bottom cut outs i guess it won’t make much difference. I’m just obsessing again.
