    Default NY/NJ Port Authority

Hey guys, today I was at LaGuardia Airport for a class trip and we were at the Port Authority Police building for about an hour. I was able to talk to a higher ranked officer there asking if they do traffic enforcement regarding speeding and he said yes. I asked if they use radar and he said they don't use it anymore and use Lidar instead. So for anyone speeding on bridges, tunnels and the airports be careful if you don't have jammers. I also asked what type of guns they use (Pro Laser, Ultralyte, etc) he that he didn't remember and it's been a while since he had his hands on one. At least I tried.

haha, more chances to have some fun. I know at LGA they really have no space to utilize lidar, but at JFK they have all the space they need on the Van Wyck

Thanks for the update. I've been putting of jammers for awhile now, because of the expense, but saving up now, because I've seen a HUGE increase in Laser, even over the last 6-12 months

Coming off and on the Throgs Neck bridge from the cleaview, they are using LIDAR. They are out of their cars, looking through the guns to nail you as you are coming off the bridge or going onto the bridge. I never took into account on what guns they are using but I'll pay attention next time.

Oh yeah, going southbound before the Northern blvd exit, they is always one on the side of the road shooting Lidar. Slow down!
