True, it got tossed because the could not produce the evidence that say there was judicial notice, the same can be applied to any LIDAR unit.

Unless I hire court in Ohio accept them as scientific fact lower courts can not, if you challenge them they have to show the device is accurate and have to do each and every time unless that court held its own Frye hearing
