Default Canadian Cops talking about Detectors

    http://forum.blueline.ca/viewtopic.php?t=5194

I'll let everyone draw their own conclusions.

Like my momma says--if you don't have something nice to say... ah to heck with it--these cops are pathetic (especially the OPP Auxiliary guy--wannabe cop )

Hmmm...$300 for a ticket, $360 for a new refurb V1...considering the magnesium construction, I'd be willing to gamble the $60 difference on backing up over it!

It's funny that one of the best detectors made is manufactured where they are illegal. :?

X2! I do like BEL's defiance. And that defiance is reinforced with the STi!

    Takes a bow..

What really bugs me is I had a $600 bike stolen last year. Recently, we found out who has it. A member of our local chapter of "the bloods". We went to the police station and were told we should just forget about it, as "the serial number will likely be ground off".

I drove away very bitter about the fact that he'd rather hide in the shadows with his stealth-black Magnum collection taxes from hard-working citizens with his fancy laser gun, than go after and retrieve my stolen property, the thiefs name of which I KNOW!! I won't feal the stightest bit of guilt running an illegal radar detector. Not one bit!

    Default that

That just plain sucks Bookm. :x Makes me wonder why we even pay taxes? I'm sure if someone had taken that LEOS bike, then it would be a differnet story. Not fair though.
