Got my v1 last Friday, had a solo2 (which was good also). Driving home from work this week, I went past an area where I know I get a false 'x' from high tension wires (rd goes nuts). I'm driving up to the spot, not really going fast and the v1 goes off. Bogey count says '2', I go hmmmm and slow down to 25 mph. There's a cop sitting under the tower with 'x' band! I'm in NJ and they do still use 'x' a lot.
