V1 ordering ?

I purchase a lot of things on line, from Cigars to Motorcycle Parts and I always get a tracking number. When I ordered my V1 the web site indicates it is shipped by UPS but they do not send a tracking number. Since someone has to sign when delivered why would they not send a tracking number in the sales e mail they send?

I know I should ask them this but am bored and just thought I would hit the forum with this.

You have to ask them for the tracking number.... give a quick call

UPS shipping software has a feature that will email you the stuff - why they don't use it, I have no idea. But, they typically send very quickly - and there is nothing you can do about the shipment itself except watch it. Won't get there any faster, which will only lead to disappointments if it is a day late. It'll be there, just be patient.

Since I have to sign for if I had an idea I could be home the day it was going to be delivered. I'll call to get the number.

Sometimes I have had to sign for mine - I guess when the UPS man see my car and other times he has left it by the carport door whether my car is there or not.
