Ok, I own a few x50s and the bel 995.
The 3812 version will be here in about 10 days or so as yall know.

Please someone explain what I might not know about the v1 since I never used one before and what differences it has to my others?
What is the sensitive ka setting, little L, big L and a mode stuff all about and such!!

best audible tones. damn near perfect audible ramp up, x50 is probably better but the v1 is very good.

you'll want to disable X. then do some custom k band auto-muting. if I have custom k band muting I never use big L since it does not show the alert. I only use little l so I can see the alert just not hear it.

no feature anywhere can touch the arrows.

for highway A all the way.

it only gives 25 more feet of detection and picks up tons of walmarts :roll: so based on that you'll be disappointed

Neither a beep is X, Brap is K and Brap-Brap is Ka. DUH!

Dude calm down a bit its the internet.

It is chatty compared to my X50 but is definatly managable with no X and K band muting. I recomend using the V1 for at least a week in A mode so you can get used to how it responds before you start changing K band.
