V1 Service

I have heard and read mostly good things about V1 service after the sale. Would it be fair to say that V1 service is better than Bell or Escort? (Tune-ups, technical problems, etc.)

I don't think that's a fair statement. Belscort service is also very good. Belscort has an on-line chat, which is nice for those that would rather go that route. Also, there is one lady at VR that is notoriously rude.

That's good to hear. I have just heard good things about V1 service and not so much about Belscort. It sad to hear that you can actually pinpoint one rude person at V1. You would think that in the current economic environment that these kinds of attitudes would be pretty scarce.

I've owned both escort and VR detectors. From my experiences they are very similar, but the times I've called escort the wait on the phone has been slightly less. Could have been just a difference in time though.
