    Default Moving my RD

Well, I had this question in the Black alley but they erased the Thread because it was a test and noone answer it.

Do you guys think that I should move my RD from where it is.

Yellow is where it is now
Red is where I think I should move it to.

    What do you guys think?

EDIT: the picture was wrong. This is how it really is. I changed it. The yellow was too low from where the RD really is.

Mine is close to where you have the red marked, by the rearview mirror.

Really, it doesn't matter! There isn't much of a difference between the two. However, it looks that you would be able to flip down the visor (as I do) to hide it. You won't be able to do that where the red is.

ya but duringthe sunny days the visor is need so if pulled down to use. the rd will nnot be in a good spot there i sugest to mount it right below the reviw mirror dead center or next to the left hand side right below the rear iew mirror again its the best for both worlds radar and laser

When it comes to laser, there was a good explanaition that having it high might be even better, there was a pic. of a BMW SUV where it shows the reflection of laser in theory, where the RD on top got th best. My car is silver so it has a lot of reflection so I kind of tryung mostly on getting scatter other than telling me that I'm getting shot.

I can't flip down the visor it is right on the corner of it, so I don't really care I don't use it normally.

So you guys are saying right in the middle (under the mirror) is the best spot for everything. Even though my car is not that high, so it can get easily block by SUVs and other cars
