RX65 speaker seized... HELP!

I just did the same thing. Called 800-341-2288 (Beltronics Support)

New speaker sent out to me for a total of $7.

just put the speaker in, took me all of 5 minutes... actually took me longer to find the soldering gun than fix it... ops:

screw $85... if you ever have a speaker go scratchy or dead and you're out of warranty, pick up the phone, order a speaker for $7.00, and put it in yourself

Agreed...but all my spare parts are at home while I'm off at college
