Remote STI Driver install
I did a search before this post and found one post about an STI Driver Remote install kit. However, that post was about, I think, a new STI Driver w/remote kit.
I already have the STI Driver. I just need the remote install kit...
Anyone know where I can get the remote kit itself??

There is no "remote install kit" for the STi that I know of.
ouch. I will hold out hope that maybe someone else has heard of such a thing....in general, I need to have the STI driver mounted remotely/stealth...actually, it is the only way I can have it. The car it is going in is a black Viper and LEO is already quite happy to pay attention to it...fyi I have the GPS mirror on its way

2. Then since you are getting the Cheetah mirror run the wires up through the firewall (might have to extend the RJ connectors) to the mirror.
Cheaper option:
1. Get watertight box,
2. Get the remote speaker and the direct wire kit to see alerts, but this is more limited to verbal warning and the light on the direct wire kit. (prob will have to extend these wires too).
anyone know if the STI driver will fit into the V1 remote box?
They are close in size, just the websites specs from the manufacturer

most excellent. I will find where to order one and do it. If she dont fit, I keep looking and hoping for more replies.
Where i live the LEOs have a summer push ($1.5 million allocated for overtime) for Laser and Radar enforcement to keep drivers "safe". I need to get my car(s) ready for the push.
get yourself a garmin SP7500 and put the STI inside it. invisible and non remote install.
'preciate the post, but the car is a Viper, there is already no room for anything, and the garmin is 900 bucks...i just need something to put the sti driver in and plant it in the front of the car
Valentine doesnt make such a remote install kit, correct? WHere can one be had?
