v955 vs v995 vs rx65

if they all have the same antenna and the vectors get the same detection range, the beltronics website says the v995 and rx65 get the same x10 detection range then they should all be the same......correct?

They're all the same, except for unintended manufacturing variances.

Even the 955 getting "8 times" range versus the others' "10 times" range is a lie.

However, the RX-65 has the option to set Ka band to "USA" mode or "International" mode. USA mode only scans areas of the band where Ka radar units in the USA operate, so you can get better Ka range at the risk of missing alerts from out of tune radars. The Vectors don't have that option and are stuck in "international".

They all get the same range, though the RX65 will have a slight edge on Ka band if run in Ka USA mode.

City NoX on the 955 if you don't want audio alerts for X band.
