I just updated all of my 9500s and checked their number of locked out locations and they are:

9500ci - 2553

Older 9500ix - 771

Newer 9500ix - 515

In Detector Tools, on the Advanced tab, click Backup. When it's done it will tell you how many you have. I append the # to the file name to keep track.
