I've been using a *** with Front and rear external sensors. At the time, it was one of the only detectors that had great range, and was an actual external front and rear mount solution. I still have 'lack of faith' issues with anything that is mounted inside the cabin. Linked up the *** jammer and now in the market for updated jammer technology.

8500 that's a few years old--but teetering on the edge of getting a 9500ci. Just as soon as I can convince the wife...

Read the rules as you sign up or go back to the introduce yourself forum and hitthe stickied first link. Big red letters on rule #1. That brand is like N-word, disallowed everywhere and could get you banned here. That's all I'll say on it as I don't want to get banned.

Hm, does an older 8500 count if it was $300 at the time?

^^ Yep. I am asking what RD model, no matter how old, which new forum members are currently using.
