    Default LI regular or HP

Just bought a V1 and about to order the LI quad, don't know if I should go with LI hp or not. Mercedes SL55, silver, picture to the left <-
I did try to search and didn't really get a definitive answer, even seemed like the HP weren't as good as regular, but there was debate on whether it was set up with the right CPU. Any current information? Thanks a lot

How many cars are there that would even require a HP laser interceptor? A regular LI will cover about any car.

It was a less than ideal install though, so the results are not necessarily indicative of anything significant. So far, nobody has done an apples-to-apples test of the HP, with identical installs on the same car, to really gauge the performance differences.

And I'd say that the best use of the HP is on vehicles where the placement constraints prevent you from achieving good head placement, and that extra diode is needed to compensate. You definitely won't need it on the front end of that MB.
