V1 and LI interface

Can someone point me to what I need to combine the 2...I looked on LI website but do not see it....Can someone pm some links to me.

Due to my affiliation with Blinder USA no one from LI can talk to me....They will sell to me but will not have a conversation with me. I completely understand this but would like to purchase.

Here is a diagram from the LI site showing how it hooks up. looks like you need a concealed display and a wiring harness from the LI serial connector to the V1.

At first it was confusing for me too. I ended up not doing it, because I didn't feel like hearing a voice everytime I got a K false.

You basically no longer use the hardwire kit, if you use the schematic linked. Pin 1 on the DB9 Serial cable will now power your V1 (everytime you shut off your LI, you shut off your V1). You can opt to skip out on Pin 1 on the DB9 to leave the hardwire power source intact.

You'll need a 6 Pin telephone splitter. Basically, using the schematic provided. You go from the DB9 port on the LI to a 6 Pin Telephone splitter. From there, you go to your concealed display and V1.

I'm not sure why in the schematic the Cigarette lighter adapter is shown.. But you will need to get yourself a 3 Port (or 2 port and a gender adapter) telephone splitter.

X AND K are actually turned off, so you will only get warnings for Ka and Laser.

Is it true that the mute does not work on the V1 when connected to LI.
