I would not let them test on me..That would be nuts..Not only will it give them info but every time they see my vehicle I would be a target just because. I'm from Lakeland and yes it is the whole state of Florida that I'm talking about. My friend searched the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcments database that covers every county and none have laws pertaining to lamming lidar.
What's your point? It states in the disclaimer in the bottom of the page on THE GUY'S OF LIDAR that they think there page on Lidar laws are correct but can't be positive. I am now positive there are no laws and yes to me it does matter because no rd or jammer is perfect and if they where illegal I would want to know because I have read in many posts by people with the top brands of rd and jammers have still at some point got a ticket anyway. I just wouldnt want to add another criminal charge on top of speeding for have an illegal jammer! You may look at it different but not everyone thinks the way you do....Thats what makes this forum interesting!!!
If they were illegal...that's what kill switches are for.

The point is not the legality of jammers but whether someone is going to show a non-believing LEO that jammers actually work. The poster asking the question clearly did not see the issue with letting an active LEO see the effectiveness of current jammers, but was questioning why its a problem for a LEO to see this guys jammer since they arent illegal.
We want LEOs to believe they're all as useless as RMR's junk. That way there will never be any suspicion if a LEO struggles to get a speed reading.
