Virginia as a state has some f'ed up laws and I think radar detectors are nothing compared to other things. Isn't it now the only state in the USA today where sodomy is illegal? OMG no giving blow jobs! The horror. lol

I hope you can find the link later and post; I'm going to look for it later not right now I am at work LOL. When you think about what StealthJamal said it is true that the ban is not so bad after all. Also as for the Spectre protection you guys are right to say that the upgrade is only going to be needed in VA and some of Canada and not that at all for anyone else. I hope that VA doesn't get Spectres and I hope that it will stay that way. You al are also right about the chances of Spectres appearing in VA is quite unlikely.

LOL I like how the topic switched to RDs to sodomy. VA does have some messed up laws. LOL

I agree with all the VA people. I live in R'mond, but travel extensively in NC. Just got a 87 in a 70 ticket in NC (instant on), but got out of it because I paid $400 for a lawyer.

I get SOOO MUCH MORE instant on in NC then I do in VA. R'mond and surrounding areas hardly ever use instant on. I have encountered a few instant on, but not many in VA.

I speed much faster in VA then I do in NC.

Funny that a law has more advantages for illeagle behavior than leagle. But VA is close to DC, so, it makes sence.

I contacted the national highway safety group about the Stop the Ban. They were looking for citizens of VA to help. I live in NC, work in VA everday. I wish the ban would be lifted, I get almost just as many instant ons in VA as I do NC. I have encountered more Laser in VA than in NC A park ranger in the mountains of VA was even using laser. Good Luck.
