Tech Mode Question

Hello,

Today I had my Bel Pro RX65 in tec mode (frequencies) and I found three cops in a row all with a victim. Before seeing them I got a KA 35.500 then a brief LASER alert which I just about died until I saw a new car and ruled it out (LASER cruise control) Then it went back to KA 35.500 until I passed him (mortotcycle) and approached the second cop and then it changed to 35.498. And then it stayed at this until 0.5 miles after the third and final cop.

Now my question is this. Was the bel receiving the KA from the one cop (motorcycle) and lasted until I passed the third. Or when the freq changes it is another KA signal. I believe the MC was the only one that had a KA unit. Since the other two were sheriffs which I didn't see a dash mount unit. I am new to this mode and am curious.

I don't know if police radar change frequencies at all, but I do know that when I'm at Kroger the doors set off my x50 on a K band frequency and I've noticed, from day to day and sometimes right then and there, it will change slightly. I don't know if this means anything for police speed measurement radar however. :?

I only saw the motorcycle CHP officer the rest were sheriffs that I couldn't see a radar unit on their dash. Also with a difference of .002 it was the same gun. But then again you never know! I like this display the best I think since KA is the only threat to me so far ( until LAZER!) so I want specifics people!!! :wink:
