I was told that i could reprogram my rd from a detector to a jammer, i was wondering if that would be possible. I have a whistler (joke of a rd) and wanted to playaround with it if that is possible, if not anyone want to buy a whistler $20.

Look in the radar jammer section.
There are links to a page with plans that claim to "convert" a detector to a jammer. And although the result might set off other radar detectors, there is no jamming effect whatsoever.

It's kinda like turning a Yugo into a M-1 Abrams. You could use the Blaupunkt from the Yugo but you need to add a lot more equipment.

Yeah I saw that thread that Jim pointed out, interesting read. It probably what RMR has going, hence it does not really work.
Best thing for that whistle thing is to use it for a fire starter or see how it holds up under the weight of a tire
my cobra looked really cool rolling along the road at about 60mph, maybe i will try 70 with the whistler. :twisted:
