V1 stayed muted

Here's what I don't like... I was driving and picked up a false K band signal. I hit the mute button once. Once the K band signal stopped, I started picking up a Ka signal from a cop a few seconds later. There was no bogey lock tone because only one alert was happening at a time (normal). What did not seem normal is that the Ka was also muted. Ideas? Bug?

That's the way it works, a certain time parameter has to be met for the mute to go back to normal, and mute mutes all radar bands. I suppose so if you're picking up a weak stray intermittent signal and you mute it, you won't have to constantly keep muting it over and over.
