I can't use the visor mount because my visors don't sit level.

You could always put a folded microfiber cloth or something similar between your visor and roof. That's what I did for my V1 last week. It worked great and V1 sat level the whole trip.

Ok I must be missing something here with these visor mounts/bags. You put the V1 in bag witch is attached to the visor right? So what happens when it's really freaking bright out and you actually need to use the visor? Doesn't that make the RD pretty much worthless since it's now pointing at the headliner?

Stick it on the passenger visor and let the passenger deal with the sun somehow.
