During this thread people have insulted Mike V Mike V's wife the thread starter's only reason to start the thread(s) was to get his $50 revenge on VR which he has admitted and I'm not nice to point that out! Should I have been a bit my loving and caring so not to upset him?

Revenge (synonym vengeance) is a harmful action against a person or group as a response to a (real or perceived) grievance

You're out of line. Whether you feel he has a legitimate complaint or not, bksnoopy has a right to share his customer service experience with this forum. The information he has shared might save someone some grief should they encounter a similar situation. I'd say a good number here didn't know this was VR's policy. I certainly didn't. It does seem that charging bksnoopy $50 for a part they're already making a profit for at $13, is a bit much.

Look at his (bksnoopy) recent post if you don't know what I'm talking about. That's what I'm talking about. I don't think I'm out of line DJ just look at his history on the topic. So it's canon fodder time, he had his good 2 or 6 or 10 x's to have a say don't you think. Sorry if I'm a straight shooter I'm sure he's a real nice guy and it is Xmas but the dudes got a problem and not telling him not gonna fix it. Now do you think he's gonna start another thread about the same topic?

he doesn't like a detector that's too situation aware. What he needs to figure out is that if he didn't cut that power cord he would not have this problem. Customer service don't hang up on folks that are nice. What he hasn't told the forum is what he said to the VR office bull terra. Remember the hundreds of threads about great VR service. Or did you all just want to focus on this dudes personal revagne because the detectors to much for him to handle and then when he didn't return it as he got it they nailed it into him. who's at fault.
