Laser Detection, sensitivity and Filtering

I think the sensitivity is important but let's not forget being undetectable to the Spectre. Let's not forget about the places where rd's are illegal (which isn't fair). Mk

Aww hell, we all want to see Spectre defeated. That is a downfall of all the detectors except the STI Driver. But to get the whistlers up to to par with the rest of the detectors (excluding Corbas) is what needs to be done. Such as the sensittivity and filtering.
